Graduate in International Relations with a focus on Economics, I joined banking early and took charge of several branches in Northern Portugal. The drive to serve my clients and to close the «best deals» for them has always been in my blood.

That same drive followed me when I decided to enter the property market — which has become a true passion.

If you ask me whether I'm like any other consultant, I would say no. I specialise in guiding seller clients through reinvesting their capital, which means with me you get the full operation: from selling your current property to identifying and closing on your next investment.

I've also specialised in technical English, so I can serve clients and deals from anywhere in the world — Portuguese expats abroad, foreign buyers in Portugal, or international funds.

• Reinvesting the proceeds — I help structure the next step (new purchase, letting, short-term rental, PPR pension or bank deposit) with a joined-up tax and financial read.
• Support all the way to completion — I handle the promissory contract, paperwork, banks, notary and land registry.
• Discretion and confidentiality — I come from banking; I know what it means to protect data and deals.
